Synopsis
Our patient is a 60-year-old male who presented with hypogonadism and possible mild diabetes insipidus. MRI revealed an atypical suprasellar mass which was excised using an expanded endoscopic endonasal approach. Brief review of suprasellar epidermoid cysts is discussed.
