Our patient is a 27-year-old female with a questionable pituitary mass followed over many years. Pre-operative imaging includes discussion of distinguishing pituitary tumors from hyperplasia. Following surgery, she developed diabetes insipidus. Discussion of diagnosis and management of diabetes insipidus.
