Our patient is a 66-year-old female diagnosed with intrasellar cyst. The patient underwent a TNTS operation at an outside hospital, complicated by an internal carotid artery injury. She developed a delayed pseudoaneurysm that was treated using endovascular coiling. Discussion of differential diagnosis of intrasellar cysts and endovascular management of ICA injuries.
